- Serve as a hands-on leader, partnering with management and employees to promote a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
- Lead and coordinate recruitment and talent acquisition activities across all departments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including executive search firms, labor agencies, and outsourcing providers.
- Support organizational initiatives such as internal rotation programs to enhance workforce development.
- Contribute to strategic manpower planning and adjustment initiatives to align with business objectives.
- At least 5 years management of relevant experience in either in-house or in a staffing agency environment.
- A sourcing master in your ability to identify where the talent lives.
- Resilience and a result-oriented mindset
- Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
- Preferably In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Good negotiation, communication skills in English or Chinese
- Coach and support junior recruiters through on-the-job guidance and sharing of best practices.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to help the team stay on track and continuously improve.
