- Processing of internal and external complaints, Support for the complaint manager
- Obtain/ order and view testing/inspection plans and drawing documentation, including customer and supplier specifications, Conduct training within the quality
- Implementation of Q- control loops, training of the Q- control loop teams
- Plan and conduct complex tests/inspections, Analyses from complaint parts
- Check the interaction of individual components and component groups for functional reliability
- Create component group-related evaluations; document the results, recognize deviations
- Create test - and analysis reports according to internal and external customer requirements
- Support the plant departments in failure analysis and evaluation of alternative methods for quality assurance/testing, Reporting, and monitoring of quality reports
- Prepare documents, taking into account internal and customer-specific guidelines
- Conduct training sessions; plan and conduct training within the quality testing area
