Job summaryAdecco is supporting our client, a European high-tech manufacturing company recruiting for a Production LeaderJob Responsibilities

Starting up the production by transferring the production lines from China to Vietnam
Building up efficient production lines in close cooperation with the Headquarters
Selection of new Operators in close cooperation with the local HR
Training new Operators to work according to the technical product specifications
Supervising and guiding new Operators
Starting up the planning system in close cooperation with HQ
Managing the daily Operations activities
Guard the delivery reliability, quality standards and efficiency

Experience requirements

5 till 8 years of experience in an international company within a leading position within Operations
Good knowledge of English, oral and written
Looking for a challenge
Energetic and high motivated
Loyal and reliable
Accurately
Ambitious

Education requirements

Bachelor's degree in production / engineering management
