- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., manufacturing, HR, sales) to identify automation opportunities and deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI models, from data acquisition and training to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Lead a team of AI/ML Engineers and Automation Specialists to execute high-impact projects.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to data privacy, cybersecurity, and ethical standards.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design and implement AI Agents for tasks such as ERP data analysis, report generation, and quality inspection.
- Drive AI adoption in production environments, including use cases like defect detection and demand forecasting.
- Report on AI strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Develop and scale AI initiatives across both production and back-office operations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in deploying AI models in production environments (cloud or on-premises).
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAgents).
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, or CRM.
- Knowledge of Computer Vision applications for tasks like quality control or object detection.
- Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UIPath, Power Automate, OpenRPA) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
