This position serves as a key interface between data capabilities and business strategy.📌 Key Responsibilities1. Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze large, complex datasets using scripting languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) to uncover trends and performance drivers.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate data into compelling business narratives.Build statistical models for both recurring and ad hoc analysis to support business planning and performance tracking.Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.Contribute to the development of internal analytics frameworks and best practices.2. Insight Generation & Model MonitoringLead the extraction of meaningful insights from structured and unstructured data sources.Design processes and tools to monitor model accuracy, data integrity, and performance over time.Partner with cross-functional squads to identify analytical opportunities and solve business challenges.Evaluate and integrate new data sources and collection methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.Mentor junior BI analysts, fostering technical growth and delivery excellence.📘 QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.🧪 Experience & SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, and strategic problem-solving.Proficient in data querying and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Scala, SQL).Demonstrated expertise in BI platforms such as Tableau, QlikView, or Spark.Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to diverse audiences.Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data governance, and performance analytics.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.Solid understanding of information security principles and data compliance standards.
