- Manage Brand Performance: Oversee the end-to-end Live Commerce performance of assigned brands, focusing on achieving NMV/revenue, awareness, and other key goals through effective promotions and content strategies and historical data analysis.
- Develop Growth Plans: Create and implement annual growth plans tailored for Live Commerce, incorporating live streaming and short video content strategies, including BD pitches for potential brand clients.
- Content Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the internal teams to develop a content calendar, brainstorm innovative content ideas, and continuously refine strategies and growth levers based on platform trends and key learnings.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide expert recommendations on strategies, promotions, and content ideas to enhance brand performance.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with TikTok and Shopee’s algorithms, trends, and best practices to optimize content strategies.
- Build Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for brands and platforms, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, affiliate partners, and influencers.
- Collaborate Internally: Work with internal teams like production, merchandising, and performance marketing to ensure aligned strategies and smooth campaign execution.
- Coordinate with Platforms:
- Ensure Account Retention: Partner with leadership to maintain and grow existing accounts.
- Promote Team Success: Share best practices and insights with the broader team to encourage innovation and collective success.
- Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate it into annual & monthly activation plans.
- Continuous growth and improvement mindset — able to work closely with the brand to A/B test different live commerce approaches to build success stories and drive long-term improvement.
- Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, preferably with platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, other enablers, or with brands and distributors. 1-2 years of experience in live commerce (livestreaming or short video formats) is highly desirable.
- Strong passion for live commerce trends — staying up to date on what’s relevant and what compelling content looks like.
- Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, with a desire to make an impact and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance enhancement.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- University degree holder.
- Good proficiency in English.
