- Lead the development of shopper marketing capabilities and embed them across the organization.
- Design and implement 5P and Trade Marketing strategies aligned with brand and category goals.
- Drive the Commercial Business Planning (CBP) process and ensure monthly discipline to support growth in priority REs.
- Leverage shopper insights and analytics to identify trends, and new customer-specific opportunities.
- Manage GTN (Gross-to-Net) investment strategy, prioritizing based on ROI and growth potential.
- Ensure excellence in marketing activation, including touchpoint prioritization and go-to-market execution for new products.
- Define and track KPIs across the 5Ps, and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
- Translate category and trade strategies into actionable customer engagement plans.
- Develop and annually review the retail go-to-market strategy.
- Support budget reviews, volume planning, and financial goal setting in collaboration with the Hub.
- Lead the retail category development process and define category management strategies.
- Oversee in-store management, including agency coordination, POS development, and field force automation.
- Holds an MBA or BA in Business Management with a focus on Sales & Marketing.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Brings a customer-centric mindset and a track record of developing and coaching teams.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving commercial excellence.
