Our Platform leverages artificial intelligence and Agentic AI to optimize software testing processes, enhance test automation, and deliver actionable insights for quality assurance teams. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the product vision, defining the roadmap, and driving a successful launch and adoption in the market.Job Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision: Help define the vision for the modules under your responsibility and execute the product strategy and long-term roadmap, ensuring alignment with Katalon’s mission to drive innovation in software testing and quality assurance.
AI-Powered Innovation: Identify opportunities to apply AI and machine learning to real-world testing challenges, ensuring the product delivers measurable value to customers.
Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to understand market needs and pain points, translating these insights into high-impact product features.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product direction and prioritization.
Product Development: Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, manage the development process, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
Go-to-Market Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create effective launch strategies, product messaging, and training materials.
Market Research: Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and their applications in testing and automation to ensure the product remains competitive and cutting-edge.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and drive product success.

Team Mentorship: Guide junior product managers and contribute to building a strong product management culture at Katalon.RequirementsMinimum Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Good understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in real-world scenarios.
Proven success in launching and scaling software products that deliver data-driven insights.
Familiarity with software testing, automation, or DevOps workflows is a plus.
Experience working with engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze and leverage data to drive product decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Requirements

Direct experience in developing or managing B2B SaaS products
Background in software testing, test automation, or DevOps ecosystems.
