Software Architecture Design: Elicit, analyze, and manage software requirements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations. Design and approve software architecture models that meet these requirements while adhering to safety standards.
Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance to development teams throughout the implementation process. Review software artifacts to ensure compliance with design principles and monitor software quality metrics.
Quality Assurance: Evaluate and verify the quality of software architecture, identifying weaknesses and areas for improvement. Manage technical debt to ensure long-term sustainability of software solutions.
Project Support: Assess technical feasibility and estimate efforts for new projects. Support ASPICE assessments and software quality gate releases, driving knowledge sharing and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Documentation and Communication: Document architectural decisions and communicate them effectively to stakeholders. Create and improve guidelines for design principles, patterns, and coding standards.
Interdisciplinary Problem Solving: Identify and analyze interdisciplinary problems at the system level, supporting project, change, and configuration management.
Continuous Improvement: Influence and define software development methods and tools, supporting the definition and implementation of business strategies related to software reuse and third-party handling.

QualificationsMandatory

Bachelor/Master degree, major in electronics or mechatronics or computer science
At least 8 years of experience in embedded software development
Good understanding of microcontroller & embedded system
Strong in C/C++ programming language
Hands-on experience in Software Detailed Design and Software Architecture Design
Hands-on experience in UML
Good hold on reading schematics and data sheets for components
Self-discipline, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit
Good communication skills and English both in oral and written

Preferable

Experience in automotive domain
Experience in AUTOSAR
Experience in CAN communication protocol
Knowledge on ASPICE, functional safety (ISO26262)
Knowledge on DevOps, CI & CD
