Key Responsibilities: • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's growth, talent needs, and organizational development. • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive trading environment. • Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and employee development plans to drive productivity and accountability. • Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages aligned with industry standards. • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives. • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance employee capabilities and leadership development. • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies. • HR Operations: Oversee HR systems, payroll, records management, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development. • Experience in a trading, logistics, or supply chain environment is preferred. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
