As a Project Management Advisor, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of initial plans, setting budgets, supervising project activities and communicating achievements to key stakeholders.You will:Support new supplier onboarding and SER risk assessment. Follow-up and review corrective actions with suppliers on regular basisEducate suppliers to remediate non-conformances. Monitor 3rd party audit process to ensure high audit quality and drive fast progressCommunicate with audit firms for audit plan and improve reporting quality etc.. Review and rate supplier SER performance on quarterly basis, and communicate with suppliers and internal commodity teams to drive improvementProvide training and consultancy to internal teams and suppliers on sustainability subjectsSupport supplier capability building programs as appropriate and other industry initiatives in the region. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential RequirementsAt least 5 years working experience, 5 years in conducting RBA audits or similar audit programs, and overseeing corrective actionsISO14001, OHSAS18001, SA8000, RBA lead auditor certification preferred. Strong understanding of factory and supply chain operationsUnderstanding of international labor standards and local/region regulations as wellAbility to work with senior level management at Dell and suppliers to get buy-in and implement SER programs to improve factory management systems and overall working conditionsFluent spoken and written local language, as well as strong written and spoken English. Other regional languages desirableDesirable RequirementsExperience in working effectively with cross function teams and global team members with diverse culture backgroundPC proficiency, including knowledge of worksheet, word processing, project management and presentation applicationsWho we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
