Job Description
1. Arrange production plan for good performance and reasonable inventory plan 2. Based on the factory's production plan to arrange working shifts for production workers 3. Manage raw materials, inventory, estimate and propose raw materials 4. Manage cost, profit responsibility 5. Coordinate with department heads to manage human resources and working time. Arrange human resources, adjust overtime appropriately during working time, time of incident. 6. Train and evaluate workers' capacity to arrange suitable working positions. 7. Improve production process to save human resources, save labor, energy and equipment investment project. 8. Grasp the factory's goals (Action plan) and orient to achieve the set goals 9. Manage the work of subordinates by directing and instructing to make the workshop operate smoothly 10. Thoroughly manage safety (labor accidents); manage hygiene before and after production (prevention of infection, foreign objects). Manage 5S in the entire factory 11. Understand the operating principles of machinery and equipment in the entire factory. Patrol and record all information related to machinery and equipment in the factory (maintenance, repair, cleaning) to ensure that the machinery operates well and maintains continuous production activities. Coordinate with the maintenance department to arrange, monitor, and confirm plans for repairing and maintaining machinery and improvements 12. Master the quality of semi-finished products at all stages of production, report any abnormalities 13. Patrol and monitor the operating procedures and hygiene procedures of workers, and limit errors in the production process. 14. Monitor the use of raw materials, arrange raw material and finished product warehouses; the status of waste and scrap in the factory. Conduct investigations into the causes and report when there is an abnormality 15. Master the recycling method for non-conforming products. Check related reports: daily production report, waste report, machine management and sanitation report in the area, incident report when non-conformity occurs. 16. Required Skills/Experience
- Education level: College/University - Foreign language: English or Japanese conversational level, reading and understanding professional documents. - Experience required: 1-3 years of Management experience in the food production sector of a foreign company. (Priority given to Japanese companies). - Ability to meet flexible working hours (Shift work) - PC skills: EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT required, experience in data analysis. - Experience in operating KPI, AP
