Develop, implement, and maintain strategic logistics plans and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee daily logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and customs compliance.
Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to secure favorable terms and service levels.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize holding costs while ensuring product availability.
Ensure compliance with all relevant domestic and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade agreements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics operations with overall business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals.
Implement and utilize logistics software and systems to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports.
Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain, such as disruptions, delays, and quality issues.

Job Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
5~8 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of managing complex logistics operations and achieving cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Strong knowledge of global transportation modes (air, ocean, ground), customs regulations, and international trade compliance.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
