Job Responsibilities
1. delivery schedule management (1) Manage schedule from product development sample stage to mass production~shipping~launch (2) Confirmation of the production cover and production process LT before mass production (3) Check the daily production progress and confirm that there are no abnormalities in the progress. (4) Report the above information to the Production Department at the head office (Tokyo) and link with it. 2. Quality control (1) Planning of preventive measures for fabric/sewing quality problems in the product development stage (2) Quality check of mass-produced products (continuous confirmation of proper quality from pre-production to end of production) (3) On-site inspection at the factory/request for improvement and progress confirmation (4) Investigation of the cause of quality defects, planning of countermeasures, and confirmation of the progress of improvements when defects occur (5) Report on the above to the Production Department at the head office (Tokyo) and make business trips in conjunction with the above. (*) Periodic visits to factories in the suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City/business trips within Vietnam (2~3 times a month) and future business trips to neighboring Southeast Asian countries are also possible.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Age: 25 ~ ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree (prefer high score university) ・Language: Japanese and English - Business Level ・Experience: - Experience or knowledge of production control/quality control or planning and development in manufacturing/trading company/retail. - Experience in manufacturing/trading company/retail (non-textile is also acceptable) /MD experience /Mainly in mass production/delivery management (more than 3 years of experience is preferable) ・Others: - Be able to communicate well with all parties involved, including foreign nationals. - Have a strong will to carry out work and be a team player. - Able to respond flexibly and proactively to urgent, unforeseen, and inexperienced tasks. - Good understanding company's product and culture.
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Experience working in a Japanese company is preferred
