​Position: Accounting Assistant Fresher/JuniorLocation: District 1, HCMC1. Responsibilities:Data Management: Daily input data in Excel template upload to AIMSData entry and reporting: Receive, scan and attach supporting documents in SAP systemPrepare SAP printouts, arrange documents to submit for payments every week.Coordinate with Cash/bank accountant in packaging, storing accounting documents effectively and correctly.Management and make order bank for barcode stickers to ensure sufficient quantity to use within the fiscal yearPrepare meeting agendas, schedule appointments, and arrange conference rooms follow schedule.Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties. Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available for meetings.Records and file maintenance: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, documents, and records. Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are in place for easy retrieval of information.Collaboration with team members: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Assist in special projects and events as assigned.2.
