Procurement and Productivity Supervisor

• Coordinate with Regional Direct Procurement and Productivity teams to implement strategies, execute initiatives, and deliver productivity cost savings.
• Support Seeds Field Crop P&S competitiveness to meet or exceed market benchmarks.
• Implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) in line with regional strategies.
• Ensure maximum value is achieved throughout the end-to-end procurement process.
• Lead negotiations and drive continuous improvement of a portfolio of agreements and preferred suppliers, aligned with purchasing strategies and supplier relationship management.
• Establish and apply leading-practice procurement techniques, ensuring compliance with company procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in Supply Chain activities to improve performance (e.g., claims process), reduce costs, and deliver synergy savings targets.
• Provide market and supplier intelligence (cost, risk, and performance) to enable rapid, effective decision-making.
• Develop and use spend tracking and reporting tools to monitor local expenditure, identify leverage opportunities, support supplier rationalization, and ensure conformance to strategies.
• Support budgeting and cost analysis for Seeds Field Crop P&S.
• Monitor and analyze standard and day-to-day operations; identify and deliver productivity improvements across all areas.
• Coordinate and support assigned projects and site improvement activities in line with targets.
• Lead waste, cost, and quality improvement projects at the plant and cross-functional initiatives to deliver sustainable savings.
• Regularly evaluate existing and new contracts and procurement operations; identify strengths and weaknesses and implement actions to improve resilience to business challenges.

• Monitor and analyse standard and/or daily operations and develop productivity in all areas.
• Coordinate and support any assigned projects and improvement activities within site as per target.
• Coordinate with Regional direct procurement and productivity to implement strategies, execute and delivery productivity cost savings
• Lead improvement projects in waste, cost and quality improvement at plant and any other cross functional projects to deliver annual and sustainable savings.
• Review the progress of continues improvement activities regularly
• Define the weakness and strong points of functions, create projects to make them more resilient for difficulties.

• Bachelor degree is required
• Practical knowledge of Purchasing policies and procedure
• Well known in project management, cost and capital plan.
• Prioritizing, planning and monitoring Improvement initiatives to meet timelines
• Good end-to-end supply chain knowledge in Agri-business or closely related industry is an advantage

• Minimum of 03 years’ work experience in Purchasing/ Procurement
• Strong influencing, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Innovative thinker and enthusiast for new digital solutions to existing problems and opportunities
• Good coordination skills with field production teams, plant teams and other functions
• Good experience on SAP system

• Good presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Good at communication
• Well negotiate & problem solving
• Good English communication
