The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's logistics service portfolioResponsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted industries (e.g., FMCG, Industrial, Retail, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Automotive, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts with new customers.
  • Work closely with operations, pricing, and supply chain teams to design competitive logistics solutions.
  • Monitor service performance and resolve escalations when necessary.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics sales/business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of Incoterms, international trade, and logistics operations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
