- Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted industries (e.g., FMCG, Industrial, Retail, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Automotive, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts with new customers.
- Work closely with operations, pricing, and supply chain teams to design competitive logistics solutions.
- Monitor service performance and resolve escalations when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics sales/business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of Incoterms, international trade, and logistics operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
