The role is the leading headcount for the Pharmaceutical Ingredients Business in Vietnam. Additional duties are coordinating and delivering product education to distributors and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and Achieve revenue goals
  • Deliver customers and distributor trainings
  • Comply with mandatory training and attend training programs as required, to maintain and develop the knowledge required to fulfill the role effectively
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Distributor teams to develop activities to achieve sales targets and to allow the business gain market share and differentiate from its competitors
  • Maintain and develop relationships with decision makers
  • Develop in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels to develop tailored solutions which maximize market gain potential
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor's products, activities, and strategies in Vietnam
  • Willing to learn extensively and constantly develop commercial skills and acumen
  • Organize live case workshops to drive best practices

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline OR applicable/equivalent combination of work experience and education required. Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical or Life Science related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile organization and is motivated by a high-growth and high-performing environment
  • Self-disciplined, organized and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives
  • Demonstrates a solutions-focused approach with high capability to solve problems and present solutions
  • Willingness to learn extensively and constantly develop clinical skills and acumen
  • Strong work ethics and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout territory
  • Ability and willingness to work flexibly
