- Proactively update real estate market information, competitors' activities from customers or other channels.
- Receive monthly targets, develop personal work plans aligned with objectives, and take responsibility for achieving assigned business targets.
- Search for new customers, introduce and advise on real estate products to customers.
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers, provide advice, support, and resolve customer inquiries during product/service usage.
- Report daily, weekly, monthly KPI evaluations and other related reports as required by superiors.
- Execute customer care activities according to organizational regulations.
- Adhere to company-defined procedures.
- Perform other tasks as requested by direct supervisors.
- At least Vocational College level or higher.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales and customer care.
- Basic level sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic level communication and presentation skills.
- Decision-making ability: Limited, based on guidance from direct supervisors.
- Possess good ethical qualities, honesty, perceptiveness, enthusiasm, perseverance, depth in work, and decisiveness, always sticking to goals.
