- Own acquisition activities for new vehicle programs, platforms, and technologies
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities based on OEM roadmap and technical strategy
- Actively shape opportunities before and during RfQ phases
- Lead RFQ/RFI responses across Bosch Mobility divisions
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical and commercial inputs for internal teams
- Coordinate quotations, timelines, approvals, and risk alignment
- Serve as single point of contact for acquisition-related topics with the customer
- Manage day-to-day acquisition communication with OEM purchasing and engineering
- Drive customer escalation and alignment when scope, timing, or expectations change
- Align sales, engineering, product, finance, and manufacturing stakeholders
- Ensure fast decision-making in short-timeline, high-pressure acquisition phases
- Prepare internal management updates and decision proposals
- Secure clear award confirmation and commercial scope
- Support smooth handover to project execution teams until SOP
- Capture lessons learned from wins and losses
- Proven experience in automotive acquisition / pre-sales / OEM sales in Vietnam.
- Direct exposure to Vietnamese OEMs
- Experience working with RFQs, quotations, and internal approval processes.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills (internal & customer).
- Ability to work independently and drive topics end-to-end.
- Structured, result-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Able to handle ambiguity and frequent changes.
- Fluent English (mandatory)
