Lead a senior brand leadership role within a global FMCG organization. Responsible for driving topline growth through strategic planning, market insight translation, and cross-functional execution across multiple consumer categories. Own brand strategy, P&L levers (product, channel, marketing mix), and innovation pipeline while guiding a multi-level brand/marketing team toward ambitious revenue, profit, and market share goals.Strategic Planning
  • Translate global brand direction into actionable local market strategies.
  • Align portfolio positioning to shifting consumer behaviors and market dynamics.
  • Identify short- and long-term growth opportunities using trend and data analysis.
  • Define pathways for product line extensions and new product development/launches.
  • Strengthen competitive differentiation through commercial innovation and data-driven claims.
Brand Execution
  • Assess market forces and close insight gaps to sharpen go-to-market plans.
  • Anticipate competitor moves; activate contingency or corrective programs quickly.
  • Lead integrated marketing, advertising, and promotional activity to deliver revenue, profit, and share targets.
  • Manage budgets; monitor ROI and financial performance parameters.
  • Turn consumer, media, and research findings into actionable campaigns.
  • Execute high-impact 360° programs (TVC, digital, social, in-store, CRM).
  • Track KPIs: campaign performance, forecast accuracy, and new launch metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policy, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Capture and act on consumer / market feedback to strengthen brand equity.
Financial Management
  • Own brand budget planning, monthly tracking, and A&P management.
  • Build data-grounded forecasts and align cross-functional stakeholders on assumptions and investment choices.
People Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing/brand team.
  • Promote continuous learning, capability building, and succession readiness for future leaders.
  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration and performance accountability.
Other / Governance
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize commercial programs and execution.
  • Identify and manage risks tied to regulatory, policy, or market shifts.
Supervisory Scope
  • Direct management of Senior Brand Managers, Brand Managers, and Marketing Managers.

  • Minimum 10+ years in leading FMCG or multinational environments.
  • Exposure to medical / nutrition / regulated categories a plus (helpful for complex claims).
  • Proven success in ATL/media strategy, consumer research application, and new product launches.
  • Track record designing and measuring creative, commercially effective marketing programs (including field / salesforce activation).
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • MBA strongly preferred.
