- Lead the creation of the change strategy for a change initiative, that meets the needs of stakeholders and the scale of expected impacts.
- Work across the stakeholder environment to prepare assessments on divisional/Domain impacts, including scale, impact categorisation and stakeholder group mapping.
- You create comprehensive change management plans that consider the full scope of the change - including strategic consideration of the impact, stakeholder and readiness landscape.
- Set and measure change adoption metrics and help to ensure change resistance is minimised.
- Identify and assist with managing anticipated resistance to change across the business via targeted change interventions.
- Consult and advise leaders of divisions/Domains to help them uplift their change management capabilities and successfully deliver change.
- Assess stakeholder readiness for the change and determine the success of the change management efforts.
- Coordinate, schedule and actively support change workshops.
- Coordinate change network and change walkthroughs.
- Participate in QA reviews of change deliverables.
- Contribute to change meetings, attend project meetings.
- Identify change risks and issues.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management, Product Owner or Business Analyst roles is required.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with transformational programs, delivering change and cultivating a strong change culture in an agile environment.
- Proven in depth change management experience using a variety of change management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of senior stakeholders.
- Experience with working with change resistant stakeholders, with the ability to overcome resistance and gain buy-in for the change.
