We are a premium quality, safety, and sustainability solutions provider.Key responsibilities:Prepare invoice requests for the accounting team to issue VAT invoices .Create and process payment requests to ensure timely payments to suppliers.Monitor and track the status of all invoices within the team to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up.Manage accounts receivable information and provide timely updates to the Customer Service team for customer communication. * Follow bank book and aging list.Support other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by the manager.Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business/accounting or a related field
Fresh or 1-2 years of relevant experience
Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Be able to start work immediately
