- Product Development Process: Lead the end-to-end product development process, including calendar building, vendor management, and product replenishment.
- Calendar Management: Ensure strict adherence to the brand development calendar, proactively identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with your manager.
- Vendor Collaboration: Partner with vendors to ensure consistent product quality, timely sample execution, and effective issue resolution.
- Strategic Execution: Execute brand product development strategies and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to deliver results.
- Work Plan Implementation: Implement and monitor work plans, prioritizing actions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Analyze internal and vendor performance data to generate insights that support continuous improvement and process excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Planning, Global Materials Supply, Logistics, Technical Design, and Quality teams to meet brand objectives.
- Communication: Communicate confidently with stakeholders, using data to support your views and proactively address development concerns.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in company-wide initiatives to promote VF’s purpose and enhance supply chain systems and processes.
- Understand and communicate the organization’s vision and strategic goals.

- Proven experience in product development of knitted and woven apparel, vendor management, and sourcing within the apparel industry.

- Academic Degree: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sourcing, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Languages: Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Airtable; familiarity with Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, Power Query is a plus.
- Platforms: Experience with digital platforms for product development and process efficiency is highly advantageous.
