Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Construction Manager to oversee the planning, design, and construction application process for our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, coordinating approval processes, managing project teams, and promoting the smooth progress of projects. Must be proficent in ChineseLocation: Long AnResponsibilities:Planning and Construction Application Management: Lead project planning and construction application management activities, including designing, preparing application materials, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Project Approval Process: Coordinate with government departments, submit application documents, and track approval progress to ensure timely project approval.Construction Application Plan Design: Develop construction application plans in line with project needs and regulatory requirements, including land planning, architectural design, and environmental assessment.Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Maintain a deep understanding of land planning, urban planning, and construction regulations to ensure project compliance.Coordination and Communication: Communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address issues and facilitate project progress.Data Preparation and Organization: Organize and archive project-related documents to ensure the integrity and accessibility of project files.Quality Management and Supervision: Supervise the quality of design and approval documents to minimize errors and omissions.Team Management and Training: Lead and manage the construction application team, providing training and support to improve efficiency and quality.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in urban planning, architectural design, land management, or related field preferred.Professional Knowledge: Solid understanding of real estate planning, urban planning, and architectural design, along with familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.Work Experience: Several years of experience in related fields, preferably in real estate development, planning, design, or construction approval.Skill Requirements: Proficient in Chinese language, strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.Legal Awareness: Good understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring project compliance and feasibility.Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to address challenges effectively.Organizational Management Ability: Effective organizational and project management skills to lead project teams and ensure smooth progress.Learning Ability: Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and update knowledge to keep pace with industry developments and company growth.
