Our client specializes in health and beauty products, with a strong focus on e-commerce development. This company operates as the Vietnamese branch of a Singapore-based enterprise. The parent company in Singapore has established a presence across major Southeast Asian markets, primarily engaged in the big health industry, offering health supplements and nutritional products.As a Senior Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, tax compliance, and financial planning, supporting our fast-growing business in Vietnam. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Vietnamese tax and financial regulations, be fluent in Chinese or English, and preferably have experience in cross-border or local e-commerce businesses.Main responsibilities:Financial management:

Manage daily financial operations, including revenue, expenses, cost control, and profit analysis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing analysis and recommendations to management.
Monitor and optimize cash flow management to ensure financial security.
Oversee accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Improve and streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency.

Tax and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax laws and financial policies.
Handle tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax (CIT), and personal income tax (PIT).
Maintain good relationships with local tax authorities and auditors, resolving tax-related issues.
Manage company audits, annual reports, and other compliance matters.

E-commerce Finance Management:

Experienced in e-commerce finance, familiar with cross-border payments, order financial management, and platform commission settlements.
Understand the financial rules of platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, optimizing settlement processes.
Analyze e-commerce financial data and provide optimization suggestions.
Monitor cross-border fund flows, mitigating foreign exchange and tax risks.

Main Requirements:

Language: Fluent in Chinese or English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), proficient in Vietnamese
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Experience: At least 3 years of financial management experience, preferably in multinational or local e-commerce companies.
Familiar with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Strong expertise in financial analysis, cost control, and cash flow management.
Proficient in Excel and financial software such as SAP, QuickBooks, and Xero.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling financial operations independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills to coordinate effectively with Chinese and Vietnamese management teams.
