- 10+ years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience.
- Demonstrated success in senior financial leadership positions, highlighting strategic contributions
- Profound knowledge of financial systems, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Track record of effective financial management and achievement of results.
- Experience in a senior financial managerial position with a documented history of success.
- Proficient in utilizing MS Office and financial management software/tools.
- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Exceptional skills in strategic financial planning and successful execution.
- Proactively assess and manage risks to ensure the organizations financial stability.
- Meticulous expertise in regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to industry and governmental regulations.

- Robust budgeting and forecasting skills to drive effective financial planning.
- Strong communication skills, critical thinking, strategic thinking, planning, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax (MBA preferred).
- Highly advantageous to possess CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification.
