Around the globe, more than 15,000 experts in 26 countries across 5 continents deliver professional services in construction, buildings & real estate, infrastructures, environment & safety and certification.We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a HR Intern join our growing team and help deliver high quality projects to our clients.Job DescriptionRecruitment- Search, synthesize and build a CV system- Publish and remove job ads- Perform data entry into relevant system, documentation and filing- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as neededTraining- Assist with internal training course (schedule, logistic arrangement, collect training materials, evaluation/ test...)- Search and collect qualified external training courses proposalHR Administration- Maintain and update physical and digital personnel records, internal HR database by inputting new employee contact information and employment details- Assist with new hire pre-employment duties and onboarding- Support for expat paperwork related to WP/RC and visa processes.Office Support- Ensure the hygiene of the office by working closely with cleaning service providers- Liaise with external partners, vendors to source and compare quotations, purchase office supplies for the best combination of quality, price and delivery of materials- Assist with all company engagement activities and events as well as coordinate annual employee service awards.Qualifications- Final year students or fresh graduate with career interest in HR and Admin.
