The internship will provide a strong foundational knowledge of talent acquisition, executive search operations, and internal stakeholder management.● Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing and talent acquisition activities.● Support employee wellbeing & internal communications activities of company such as:- Write creative communication content and ensure it is clear and aligned with our business strategy.- Create idea and manage internal events.- Boost business connectivity and performance.● Support business development activities:- Building up database of prospects.- Research information about the market, clients, and industry.- Coordinate with responsible people from other divisions to collect information for weekly, monthly report.- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the CRM system.- Input and update data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records.- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business development activities.● Initiate new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or closely related fields.● Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and other communication platforms is highly recommended.● Self-starters who are results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious, and who take initiative and risks.● Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative, showcase curiosity, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.● Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.● Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and analysis.● Fluent in both written and reading English.● Laptop is required.BenefitsCulture & environment
