- Implement effective operational control and monitor service performance to ensure high standards
- Coordinate and maintain standard operating procedures related to services operations
- Manage cross-hub service requests and act as the first escalation point for inquiries
- Develop comprehensive internal governance model to ensure consistent process across countries and business units
- Coordinate with auditors and government agencies for payroll audits and inquiries
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators and metrics
- Lead process standardisation across multiple business units & service delivery projects
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business or related studies
- 10 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Service delivery in Payroll, Time & Attendance management
- Proven experience in Payroll Compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
