Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefit Lead. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic Global Workforce Operations (GWO) team, supporting the rollout of a new service delivery model and driving change management activities. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with various teams and handling both internal and external audit requests.What you'll do:As a Compensation and Benefit Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the new service delivery model rollout. You will be responsible for implementing effective operational control, monitoring service performance, managing cross-hub service requests, and acting as the first escalation point for inquiries. Your role will also involve developing an internal governance model, coordinating with auditors for payroll audits, preparing key performance indicator reports, and leading process standardisation across multiple business units.
  • Implement effective operational control and monitor service performance to ensure high standards
  • Coordinate and maintain standard operating procedures related to services operations
  • Manage cross-hub service requests and act as the first escalation point for inquiries
  • Develop comprehensive internal governance model to ensure consistent process across countries and business units
  • Coordinate with auditors and government agencies for payroll audits and inquiries
  • Prepare reports on key performance indicators and metrics
  • Lead process standardisation across multiple business units & service delivery projects
What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Compensation and Benefit Lead position brings a wealth of experience in HR Operations or HR Service delivery. With at least 10 years of experience under your belt, you have proven expertise in Payroll Compliance. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, coupled with excellent communication skills makes you an ideal fit for this role.
  • Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business or related studies
  • 10 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Service delivery in Payroll, Time & Attendance management
  • Proven experience in Payroll Compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
