- - Develop and implement strategies and explore new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
- - Manage frontline tasks to achieve growth through sales & marketing activity, including branding, expansion in markets, new service, and awareness, business development, superior customer relationships and the best quality/innovative services.
- Responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching services, and maintaining fruitful relationships with customers. Meet monthly/annual sales obligations as assigned.
- Provide strategic guidance on business development opportunities, including setting specific new product/service targets, competitive activity, sales effort, and promotion programme.
- Ensure face to face client and developmental sales interaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business to improve sales revenue
- Actively participate in industry functions. Support with relevant business market research for new opportunity.
- Develop marketing strategy/marketing campaigns & activities/ plans to penetrate to different segments of the market
- Collect market information. Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis (both about industries and competitors) to suggest proper selling schemes to Management
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical experts and project managers, to provide clients with accurate and timely information regarding their projects.
- Coordinate with Customer Service Team and related Section Manager to handle clients' complaints/ claims or collect outstanding debts
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our services and expand the client base. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Mentor and provide guidance to frontline team members, sharing best practices and techniques for successful sales.

- Bachelor Degree
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Combination of strategic and business development skills set
- Enjoy and willing to travel frequently for business
