- Help clients and leaders source and secure the very best talent in the market, allowing their business to grow and succeed
- Identify and develop client business relationships in a competitive environment
- Advise on and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates
- Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment, offering a tailored service to meet individual needs
- Source suitable candidates via a variety of different channels
- Brief them on the job opportunities and offer career advice when appropriate
- Manage the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
- Proactively selling your candidates into the market
- Maintaining long lasting, continuous relationships with both your clients and candidate
- Connect with key decision-makers and build your individual reputation & company brand
- Network to build market intelligence that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Building your own business desk within the company, something you can own, be passionate about and therefore have full control over your earnings and career progression
- Sales or Recruitment OR Industry experience preferred
- Any Financial Services, Banking & Finance understanding or overseas experience would be highly advantageous
- Excellent English skill
- Exceptional communication skills & interpersonal skills, ability to converse at the highest level
- A clear desire to learn and absorb information
- Able to demonstrate desire for success, confidence, and self-belief
- Pro-active and highly driven to achieve results
