Being the owner of Digital Experience & Digital Performance of Prudential, Digital team plays a vital role in differentiating & defining the new way PVA approach and engage with its stakeholders (customers, sales forces, employees, shareholders, government & business partners…) for business growth.This position is responsible for the management of planning and implementation of communication activities for Prudential digital platforms. This process includes change management planning, creative production management, performance tracking, analysis and reporting to ensure the quality of delivery and success of the transformation.Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc

Design and manage communication plan for all digital platforms under Digital team to ensure all agents adopt the new system and know how to use the features within the product.
Manage the planning and execution of communication activities from production preparation to promotion stage.
The creative production management includes managing agency and a team of design, video and content.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage the execution plan.
Build up a good relationship with distribution channels to design and manage Change Management Plan effectively
Performance tracking, analysis and reporting to ensure the quality of communication and engagement for digital transformation.
Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any).

Manage the planning and implementation of digital user communication programs.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for implementation.
Performance tracking and report to relevant stakeholders.

Execute communication to adopt and retain users/staff, for both digital ecosystem and innovation hub to deliver committed KPIs
Support in digital project go-to-market optimization

Job Requirements / Yêu cầuQualifications / Bằng cấp

At least with University/College degree with experience in Customer relations management.

Experience / Kinh nghiệm

At least 3 years of experience in related field with proven achievements, including from-1-year agency background.

Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng

Technical skill.

Canva & PowerPoint design.
Content creation.
Have experience in production of ATL materials & channels.
Fluency in MS Office & Business English.
Diverse channel execution is a big plus.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experienced with Distribution/Sales Activation is a plus.
Customer services and positive mind-set.
Ambitious to deliver innovation and high performance.
Nimble and responsive to meet demands, can manage multiple demands and agile when business needs and requirements change.
Strong teamwork spirit and skill.
