Job Responsibilities
1. Tax responsibilities general: - Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within a timeframe - Provide innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns - Build up SOPs to mitigate tax risk. 2. Role and responsibilities: - Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within a timeframe. - Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns. - Identify and mitigate tax risks. - Coordinate accounting to clear transactions. - Build up SOPs to mitigate tax risk. - Manage tax provision and tax compliance process. - Manage and coordinate tax audits. - Maintain tax balances on the general ledger. - Prepare all tax papers regularly and handle all information data requests.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Education: University graduate, major in Finance/ Accounting. - Language: English - Business Level OR Japanese - Business Level (Japanese is preferred). - Have experience as a Tax Leader/Manager (Working in manufacturing companies is preferred). - Used to work/take countermeasure with Tax inspection 2 times at least. - Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns. - Timeline management and solving problems. - Strong leadership and personnel management skills. - Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. - Expected personality: high proactivity and accountability.
