- Develop HVAC, VRF, and Chiller business and expand market presence.
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and investors.
- Provide technical consultation and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor project progress and payments.
- Develop strategic plans for HVAC / VRF / Chiller business growth.
- Manage customer feedback and after-sales service.
- Lead and develop the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC, VRF, or Chiller industry.
- Strong network in HVAC, VRF, or Chiller industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team management ability.
- Willing to accept challenges, not overly concerned about company information and benefits when applying (all issues will be clarified in the direct interview).
- Candidates with experience working in Chinese companies or familiar with Chinese work methods are preferred.
- Good English to work with Chinese Director and Chinese experts.
