Job Responsibilities
- Be in charge of material technology, manufacturing raw machines for knitting and weaving process, rearranging processing dyeing - Achieve optimal quality, cost, and delivery, and to maximize sales and profits through the development of hit products. - Strengthen the production systemsJob Requirement
Necessary skill/ Experience
- Gender: Any - Age: 27 - 40 - Education Background: College Degree or above, in any major - Language: English - Business Level or Japanese - Business Level - Experience: + Alt least 5 years of experience in sewing factory, dyeing factory, manufacturing process of sewing factory + Strong experience in material technology, manufacturing raw machines at knitting factories and weaving factories, experience in dyeing / rearranging processing at dyeing factories - Others: + Sympathize with Group's Philosophy + Demonstrated (or potentially) leadership + Strong problem-solving, good logic & is willing to teach knowledge to members + Can travel for business by car/airplane to factory in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand every week.
Preferable Skills
- Textile/Garment engineer is preferable.
