Job Description- Act as a bridge between Business Dept. and Technical development teams; analyze and translate business requirements into clear system requirements for banking services- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented throughout the project lifecycle.- Analyze and evaluate business needs; provide consultation and recommend appropriate system solutions.- Support testing activities, validating business requirements, reviewing test cases, participating in and supporting UAT.- Manage and monitor systems after go-live, research and propose service enhancements or upgrades.- Other tasks assigned by LeadersJob Requirement- Experience in banking operations, including Accounting and Deposit business, Remittance, Trade Finance, and Money Market, Card business, Payment business, Lending business.- Strong understanding of relevant banking products and operational processes.- Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and conduct research on new products and services.
