- Client Management: Uphold clients’ best interest throughout collaboration, ensuring the confidentiality, and security of the data and information.
- Full-cycle Project Delivery: Review complex client briefs, identify top-tier industry experts. Regularly engage with experts to screen and validate their expertise and suitability for specific projects. Arrange consultations and oversee the coordination to ensure the meeting occurs successfully, and the client’s knowledge gaps are closed.
- Night Shift Readiness: Enthusiasm for working from 8:00PM to 5:00AM (UTC+7) (1-hour break included);
- Native or fluent English is a must;
- 2-5 years of experience in Expert Network Service or communicative positions. Highly preferable sales, recruitment or call center experience;
- A resilient and can-do attitude that thrives on solving complex problems under tight deadlines;
- A KPI-driver with proven record of delivering exceptional results and ensuring smooth project delivery;
