- Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify learning needs through thorough needs assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure our programs remain innovative and effective.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational initiatives to address identified learning needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant learning content, leveraging a variety of delivery methods and technologies.
- Evaluate and select external training vendors and resources as needed to supplement internal programs.
- Create and implement leadership development programs to cultivate and enhance leadership skills across all levels of the organization.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to leaders and managers to facilitate their professional growth and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage onboarding programs to ensure new employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles.
- Continuously improve and update onboarding materials and processes based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
- Partner with HR business partners and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the performance management process.
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning programs on employee performance and business outcomes.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to support the delivery and tracking of learning initiatives.
- Provide technical support and training to users of learning technology platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on program design, development, and delivery.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
- Experience with leadership development programs and coaching is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and other learning technologies.
- Certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) are a plus.
