Job Responsibilities
- Person in charge of performing (and receiving orders for) the construction of factories, warehouses, offices, etc. - Acquiring information from external organizations - Collecting information through Vietnamese people in industrial parks, government-related, real estate brokerage, etc., to obtain information that will lead to construction orders. - Establishing the Client relationship network - Researching and planning new projects such as real estate development projects in Vietnam. - Preparing materials and documents related to the above, etc.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Age: Not required ・Gender: Male only ・Education: ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: - At least 2 years of work experience in an industrial park or government Institution. - At least 2 years of work experience in the construction industry, such as general contractors. - At least 2 years of work experience in business attraction at a consulting firm.
