Legal Manager (Manufacturing)

- Build, review, draft, compile all legal documents in relation to the business operation of the Factory such as corporate internal rules, policies and other internal rules in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
- Build, review all of labor documents such as: labor policies, labor contract, internal labor rules, labor collective agreement, labor discipline, social insurance and all of kind of labor issues.
- Build, review all types of contracts and negotiate with customers in relation business operation such as: sale and purchase contracts, assets leasing contracts, house rental contracts and any business arrangements.
- Consult, draft and submit to Top Management for new legal regulations/policies of the Company.
- Other jobs assigned from time to time
- A bachelor's degree in laws, Certificate of Professional Legal Practice.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, experience in Manufacturing field
- Having knowledge of laws and regulations by Vietnamese authorities related to purchasing
- Having knowledge of business transaction
- Fluent English skills including speaking/listening/writing and reading
- Logical thinking and proactive approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Teamwork & Management skills
