Job Description
- Visit potential customers to introduce company products. - Effectively present and demo kitchen equipment and related products. - Identify and establish new business opportunities, including unit sales and kitchen projects. - Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of sales meetings and customer interactions. - Attend trade shows, conferences and meetings to promote company products. - Regularly review and evaluate sales performance, working towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. - Report meeting content to design team leader and take necessary follow-up steps. - Prepare and submit project and order related quotes, contracts. - Ensure timely payment tracking for projects and orders - Prepare and manage documents sales-related data to ensure smooth operations. - Understand Japanese kitchen layout and design principles to better serve customers. - Report activities and follow instructions from Project Manager. - Resolve order-related issues, coordinate with Department Head and General Director when necessary. - Operate according to PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle as required by department management. - Coordinate daily customer service activities, including sales process management, orders and payments. - Communicate with customers to assess and respond to their needs effectively. - Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards quick resolution. - Generate detailed reports, analyze retail data and monitor competitor activities. - Continuously improve product knowledge and effectively communicate this information to customers. - Comply with all company policies and guidelines.Job Requirement
Required Skills/Experience
・Education: University graduate ・Language: English or Japanese - Business level ・Experience: About 3 years of sales experience in the field of Kitchen Refrigeration or selling spare parts (machinery) for kitchen equipment
