- Work with existing clients and other members of the team to uncover business needs and objectives and craft appropriate overall strategies and plans to achieve clients' business objectives
- Understand clients' business and identifies opportunities to grow our business with them
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Play a major role in the research, planning, and development of comprehensive Communications Marketing campaigns
- Serve as daily client contact and as client lead when appropriate
- Oversee quality and operational performance of accounts, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence
- Demonstrate proficiency in writing skills to craft internal and client correspondence, communications plans, new business proposals, etc.
- At least 5 years of IMC/ Social Manager experiences (Agency experience is preferred)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Understanding and deep knowledge in IMC campaign
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Team player who can work well with tight deadlines
- Possess a high degree of English competency
