- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual clinical objectives and sales targets for Vietnam through collaboration with the sales team, engaging with customers requiring substantial clinical assistance.
- Managing assigned accounts and teams within Our Client (Vietnam), which involves devising and implementing clinical strategies, setting targets, and addressing obstacles hindering success.
- Conducting various clinical support activities such as assisting dental professionals in case assessment, record-taking, ClinCheck utilization, and troubleshooting aligner-related issues.
- Reviewing the initial 5 ClinChecks of newly trained doctors and offering assistance to customers needing support with ClinChecks.
- Collaborating with clinical consultants to address complex cases, preparing clinical materials for distribution to dental professionals, and facilitating communication with Align on clinical support matters.
- Providing clinical training to new personnel and furnishing regular reports to Senior Product Development Managers/Team Managers (Vietnam) based on customer feedback.
- Working closely with colleagues to foster a high-performance team environment in Vietnam and across the Southeast Asia region.
- Delivering product and clinical training to assigned accounts and conducting necessary field coaching for Southeast Asia (SEA) team members, distributors, and external customers.
- Cultivating strong, ethical relationships with customers to enhance product utilization and increase market share, while staying informed about competitors' activities and updating the SEA Marketing Manager accordingly.
- Conducting ongoing education sessions, particularly for the sales and marketing teams, and coordinating clinical-related sales/marketing initiatives such as mentorship programs and smile programs.
- Ensuring meticulous record-keeping of quality updates and customer feedback for the Vietnam market.
- Engaging certified doctors to expand their case volume and identifying potential new Invisalign providers among non-certified doctors to grow the Invisalign business.
- Hold a Doctorate of Dental Surgery or Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate setting.
- Candidates with strong technical knowledge and background in dentistry are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in training dentists and orthodontists is preferred.
- Proficiency in English with effective communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to support audit processes and quality management systems as needed.
