- Establish new production lines, including setup of equipment, tooling, jigs, fixtures, indirect materials, standard time, and manufacturing instructions.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle time and costs.
- Collaborate with quality engineers to improve and maintain product quality.
- Oversee daily process flow, responding promptly to any quality or control deviations.
- Supervise PE technicians in tasks such as drafting manufacturing instructions and designing jigs and fixtures.
- Ensure all processes, machinery, and tooling meet safety standards.
- Comply with safety procedures and guidelines established by the safety committee.
- Design and optimize line layouts for better workflow and space utilization.
- Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at PE position in PCBA (SMT) manufacturing companies or 5 years of experience at PE position in electronics/ automative manufacturing environment.
- Knowledgeable in TS16949, SPC, and ISO9000 standards.
- Familiar with ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) documentation.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Competitive salary and housing allowance.
- OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.
