Full-stack Developer - Hybrid

• Frontend: We utilize Next.js.
• Backend: We are in the process of integrating GraphQL and Prisma to enhance Next.js capabilities. Currently, a significant portion of our backend is developed using Golang and Java.
• Our application is divided into multiple microservices deployed on a Docker Swarm infrastructure, with MongoDB as our primary database.
• We are planning to transition to PostgreSQL with Prisma for our database and migrate from Docker Swarm to Kubernetes to expedite development. This transition will involve various moving parts, providing opportunities for continuous learning and growth as an engineer.

• Engage in all stages of the development life cycle.
• Optimize system reliability and performance.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Designer, and other developers to deliver the product.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript is essential for both frontend and backend development.
• Strong architectural skills, capable of making and defending architectural decisions independently.

• Understanding of the importance of writing tests.
• Professionalism and teamwork are crucial for effective collaboration within the team.

• Extensive experience in developing both frontend and backend applications.
• Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in software architecture and design.
• Familiarity with writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests. Experience with Automation Testing frameworks like Playwright is advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Golang and experience working with Golang codebases is preferred.
