Manufacturing Engineer

• Train and supervise production staff.
• Develop manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures.
• Interface with vendors to evaluate products and source materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy design changes.
• Perform equipment verification and validation and process IQC/OQC/PQC.
• Estimate production lead times, staffing, and related costs.
• Improve production process through tooling, fixture design, and automation.
• Create manufacturing work instructions and process documents.

• Bachelor's Degree - Mechanical (preferred) or Manufacturing / Industrial / Electronical Engineer.

• Min 5 years work experience in foreign manufacturing company (FDI).
• Knowledge in stamping (preferred), mechanical design, machining, tools and die equipment, fabrication process.
• Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese language both verbal and written. Chinese language is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in SolidWorks or other CAD applications, Electronics/PCBA debugging, instrument test is an advantage.

• 13 months salary and bonus.
