- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively leading and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Ability to foster a positive organizational culture and maintain strong relationships with medical staff, employees, and the community.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
- Knowledge of healthcare trends and the ability to adapt to changes in the healthcare landscape.
