- Architect the overarching HR and People strategy, closely aligning with global directives while addressing local nuances & priorities.
- Craft a robust Talent Acquisition strategy that focuses on attracting the best candidates, streamlining the recruitment processes & refining the selection methods including for the Field forces, training our Hiring Managers, boosting our Employer Branding, and ensuring a top-notch onboarding experience.
- Initiate a forward-thinking approach to address retention challenges, devising a comprehensive plan aiming at not only retaining our people but also fostering their development and growth over the long term. This strategy should encompass innovative retention techniques tailored to our company's unique culture and objectives, ensuring our talents feel valued and motivated to contribute to our continued success.
- Craft a transformative People Engagement strategy to elevate our workplace, making it conducive & safe - emphasizing a deep commitment to our team, environmental stewardship, and ethical practices.
- Craft & implement a learning and development strategy that aligns with our corporate goals, for our Head-office staff, and with a specific focus on the Field forces. This entails fostering a culture of continuous improvement and tailoring development programs to both individual and organizational needs. The aim being for our staff to remain agile and well-equipped to meet future challenges, promoting personal growth and maintaining our competitive edge.
- Drastically improve our HR processes, practices & policies - revamping them to mirror our global ethos while adhering to local regulations, enhancing the HR efficiency and ensuring our operations are both strategic and compliant.
- Strategically partner with the GM and Finance team to design the annual Budget & complete the Rolling Forecast - with continuous monitoring throughout the year. Also, take a strategic approach to HR analytics, transforming data into actionable insights through management reports that effectively guide organizational decisions and track crucial HR performance metrics.
- The candidate shows significant potential for growth, demonstrates agility in learning and adaptation, and possesses a high ambition for leading HR transformation, underpinned by a results-driven and entrepreneurial spirit.
- With excellent business acumen, the candidate stands out for his/her capacity to work closely with the rest of the Leadership team / the other departments. - The candidate is well-versed in HR market trends, practices and regulations.
- The candidate is adept in international contexts, skilled at engaging with teams across APAC & Global, and possesses a keen interest to contributing to and implementing regional/global projects locally, showcasing a strong collaborative spirit.
- The candidate effectively personifies and promotes the Company's corporate culture and ethics, upholding the utmost integrity and setting a strong example within the organization.
- Degree in Human Resources;
- At least 10 years of working experience, handling the full spectrum of HR activities in complex settings;
- Previous experience of People management required;
- Proven track record of successful HR transformation - revamping all the existing processes, supporting organizational evolutions, and boosting the overall People & leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Demonstrated success in reducing employee turnover, with a strong emphasis on fostering talent development and enhancing performance management strategies.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and sound understanding of the market;
- Tech savvy, with experience in working with HRIS, and advanced excel skills - to enable and encourage reliance on data and reporting in order to support the strategy and business objectives;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment;
- Analytical mind & strategic thinking, strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- English is a must.
