Resort Experience Coordinator

• This is a terrific career opportunity to work with an experienced, globally focused team in one of Asia's iconic luxury resorts. The Resort's Experience Coordinator is an integral part of the guest experience, conducting nature tours, developing nature-related guest programs and educating on the importance of conservation. They will also work on environmental and sustainability projects as assigned.
• The position is also responsible for developing and delivering other types of guest experiences, such as design tours and tours to Hoi An. They will support the marketing department by providing site inspections as well.

• 100% salary & service charge in 2 months of probation

• For this position, the candidate should have excellent spoken and written English skills, with additional languages being preferred. They should already have the legal right to begin work in Vietnam. Past experience that demonstrates interpersonal skills while working with the public, as part of a team, and with people from around the world is essential. An interest in nature and environmental protection is crucial, with previous experience in giving lectures or tours being a significant advantage.

• University degree, Bachelor's level
• Hospitality or customer service experience
• Tour guide qualification (Domestic/International)
